Диссертация посвящена вопросам организации совместных отношений, в основе которых лежат две определяющие формы поведения: такие, как аффилиация и власть. Основываясь на принципах самосопряжения условий существования и находящегося в ней индивида, процесс построения взаимообусловленных отношений рассматривается с учётом социально-средового окружения и индивидуальной предрасположенности к конкретным формам поведения. Для систематизации и упорядочивания всей многогранности побуждений к аффилиации и власти в работе впервые обосновывается и широко используется метод “субъективного шкалирования”. Использование этого метода позволяет установить распределение наиболее часто встречающихся форм поведения и дать характеристику индивидуальной предрасположенности к конкретным социально-средовым условиям, которые могут считаться оптимальными для его жизнедеятельности. Паспортизация индивидуальных возможностей по их предрасположенности к пребыванию в конкретных социально определённых средовых условиях открывает возможность к осуществлению объективно обоснованного профессионального психологического отбора.

The thesis is devoted to the problems of mutual relations organization. Two main norms of behaviour lie in their basis: they are affiliation and power. Basing on the principles of mutual conjugation of different conditions of existence and an individual, who lives within them, the process of mutually stipulated conditions formation is considered by taking into account social environment and individual predisposition to the concrete norms of behaviour. To systemize and regulate different motives of affiliation the method of “subjective” scale was well-grounded and widely used in our research for the first time. The utilization of this method allows establishing the allocation of the most frequently used norms of behaviour and characterizing the individual inclination to the certain social conditions, which could be the optimal ones for its viability.

The certification of individual abilities according to their predisposition to the existence in concrete social conditions opens the way to the possibility to realize the professional psychological selection, which is objectively grounded.

On the basis of common principles' organization of mutually stipulated relations, the explanation of the dichotomical scale of “subjective” evaluation and controlled qualities is given in our study. The utilization of such individual tests, in comparison with classical questionnaires, essentially increases the effect of diagnostics and shortens time for the testing procedure. The results of all our researches, which were carried out on the basis of “subjective scale” method, show that there are no good or bad qualities in the organization of the adequate adaptive norms of behaviour stereotypes. The quality of behaviour organization depends on the opportunities of portion correlation of necessary qualitative characteristics, which take part in its providing. The degree of correspondence between these requirements and possibilities of their satisfaction determines the individual inclination to the existence in the concrete social conditions. This determined statement can be used for the performance both the evaluation of individual predisposition and the certification of professionaly stipulated of environmental requirements. All these points are extremely important for making up professional diagrams.

The application of such dichotomical scales of subjective evaluation of those qualities, which are under analysis, let us use their elementary set in different variants of orthogonal combination. It gives the possibility to get new dichotomical scales of a higher level, in which the previous information is mediated. This process can be spread on the basis of isomorphous principle to the sphere of a higher level mediation of the previously developed constructions and to the sphere of the differentiation of initial scales to their compound foregoing elements.

The determination of characteristics normal allocation in the range of their probable display let us make the theoretical analysis of the possible organization of behaviour and determine the presence of zones of optimal, deviational and delinquential behaviour. The utilization of this datum allows accomplishing purposeful organization of educational, operative-professional activities and preventive work with the groups of heightened risk.

The construction of zones of optional functional relations of two sides and their mutually stipulated behaviour in the three-dimensional expanse of reflection points to the presence of strict regularity of their formation. It could be explained by the fact that in all cases these zones form rectilinear polyhedrons, which are characterized by the range of peculiarities, based upon the minimization of structural organization for achieving its maximal solidity.

The important result of our work lies in the determination of the objective reasons of formation of mutually stipulated relations These relations determine the optimal number of individuals and their limiting conditions. The determination of these conditions gives the possibility of their purposeful formation in order to organize the educational and organszational work.
