of H.E.I. students for the developing dialogue through the technique of contact interaction is also effective. The hierarchical system of the revealed factors forms a structurally functional model of the developing communicative situation in higher educational institutions.
The object of investigation are the psychological factors that complicate optimal communication in H.E.I., among which the leading role belongs to the negative and nonchalant, estranged and authoritative attitude of teacher to students.
