Предложены высокочувствительные тесты - активность миелопероксидазы, уровень катионных белков, НСТ-тест нейтрофильных гранулоцитов - для динамичной оценки течения воспалительного процесса в почке. Установлена высокая лечебная эффективность процедур внутрисосудистого лазерного облучения крови у геронтологических больных с воспалением кист и высоким операционным риском.

186 patients with kidney's cysts were examined with the help of clinic-laboratory methods and roentgenography. This investigation showed that among 10367 patients simple cysts of the kidneys cysts reveal at 5,29% of patients. The majority of the cases (91%) have no clinical manifestations and donyt require any special treatment.

The results of excretory urogramms showed, that 16% of patients with the simple kidneys cysts of the size over 5 cm. have functional active structures. The results of kidneys ultrasonography and color dopplerography showed that in process of kidneys evacuation the vein hyperemia of kidney occurs. It lasts up to 24 hours. This fact explains the increased risk of bleeding during the surgery and post-surgery period. The terms of the complete finish of the process of obliteration of kidneys cyst after puncture sclerotherapy. We elaborated the pathogenetic method ofsurgerys removing of the cyst, increasing probability of blood flow, and also we proposed the high sensity tests early diagnostic of the kidneys inflammable process.
