Nosik M.O. The formation of the state branch of control in Southern Ukraine (1920-1923)

This article describes the initial phase of the government surveillance of the Southern Ukraine. The article also highlights the specific features that clearly characterize the features of formation and activities of the Worker 'and Peasants' Inspection in 1920-1923 years in the Odessa, Mykolayiv and Kherson region prior to their association with the party branch of the supervising authorities. The emphasis is also on the specific characteristics of Southern Ukrainian authorities to control the political center and local specialized inspections. For the first time in the scientific circulation data is entered on the size and structural organization of regional control bodies specified period in the Southern Ukraine.
