In formations of the Ukrainian National Republic (In 1917-1918) are considered. It is revealed, that the state management paid attention to questions of introduction of military discipline in the Ukrainian armies. A basis for formation of military discipline were: "the Temporary law on creation of the Ukrainian national army", "the Charter of Special Army UNR" and "the Law about political and a legal status of military men".
