CONCLUSIONS
On the modern stage of development of Ukrainian education and its integration in globalizing educational space especially sharply problem of forming the discourse competence at future translators which must become a coherent link between Ukraine and international concord. During enough long period of development of method as science, to discursive jurisdiction was not spared sufficient attention.
Forming of the discourse competence in the field of communication has its specific conditioned by psychological, psycholinguistically and linguistic descriptions of language. From one side, during the forming of the discourse competence a big role plays a text as coherent and integral sequence of sentences, from other side - the special complication is represented by the analysis and account of parameters of extralingustic context, as a text is usually created direct after a communicative situation.
Discourse competence, that includes ways of organization the text information, methods of communication and genre-structural elements of language, is the diagnostic instrument of the development level of linguistic person, its motivational-pragmatic component. Its special value in development of linguistic person is conditioned by the look on discourse as on realization in the language of the personal values, that represent the personal necessity of self-expression and provide necessary motivation of intercourse. To proceed from this, we can say that the discourse competence is related to forming of the greatest motivational - pragmatic level of language use, and its level is the reflection and expression of features of linguistic person.
In the context of creation the technology of development of the discourse competence we selected priority of cognitive component on the following reasons: it owns the universal function of process control of cognition; cognitive descriptions are included in the structure of «linguistic person» which correlates with the concept «communicative competence» and through its - with discourse competence; the specific of discourse as a key concept in the structure of discourse competence assumes the difficult system of hierarchy of knowledges and presence of the integrated models of treatment, based on the cognitive theory of the language use.
With the purpose of forming the discourse competence 3 texts were selected and developed the system of exercises of a different format for the verbal and writing broadcasting.
The results of experimental verification the method of forming the discourse competence testify that all students consider communication as inalienable part of professional activity and think it is necessary to put into operation the special course about the study of communication, because on the stage of studies they already characterize the level of knowledges as obviously insufficient for establishment and support of contacts in a production sphere.
Pedagogical possibilities of development the discourse competence of forming at students professionally meaningful qualities are determined by its universal character: there are discursive skills applicable in all regions of vital functions of man. Its specific (goal, planning, determination of optimum correlation of purpose and facilities and other setting) assists to development of reflection at the level of usual internal action very necessary for any specialist, and is the index of mature person with the high level of consciousness and professional consciousness. In such context discourse competence is the important element of general educational competence that is unity of theoretical and practical readiness and ability of student to realization of educational activity, willingness and ability to study right through life.

An moderner Etappe der Aufwдrtsentwicklung der ukrainischen Ausbildung und seinige Integration in globalistyschen Bildungs Raum besonders scharf fullen wir ein Problem der Ausbildung des Diskurs Kompetenz der zukьnftigen Dolmetscher, die werden Bandesglied zwischen Ukraine und internationale Gemeinschaft mьssen. Ьber hinreichender langer Abschnitt der Aufwдrtsentwicklung der Methodik als Wissenschaft, Diskurs Kompetenz nicht beimesst hinreichende Bedeutung.
Ausbildung des diskurs Kompetenz in Sphдre der Kommunikation hat ihriger Besonderheit, das psychologische, psikholingvistiche und linguistischer Charakteristiken der Sprache bedingt. Einerseits, bei Ausbildung des diskursivnoy Bereichs groЯe Rolle spielt Text als zv''yaznoy und cilisnoy Abfolge der Anerbieten, aus anderer - besondere Komplizierheit reprдsentiert Analyse und oblik parametriv des ekstralingvistichnogo Kontexts, insofern Text ьblich schafft unmittelbarer hinter komunikativnoy Situation.
Diskurs Kompetenz, der Besitz Annahmen der Organisation der Textesinformation schaltet, Geldmittel des Verkehrs und genrehafter-struktureller Bestandteile der Sprache, spukt Diagnostikwerkzeug des Niveaus der Aufwдrtsentwicklung des Sprachegesichtes, sie Motivation pragmatiche Bestandteil. Ihre besondere Bedeutung in Aufwдrtsentwicklung des Sprachegesichtes ist bedingt Blick auf diskurs als auf Ausfьhrung in Sprache der persцnlichen Bedeutungen, die persцnlichen Bedarf des Selbstдuserung und versorgen notwendige Motivation des Verkehrs widergeben. Ausstrцmt aus dieser, es darf behaupten, daЯ Diskurs Kompetenz ist mit Ausbildung hцchster Motivation - pragmatiche Niveau des Besitzes Sprache verbindet, und Ihrer Niveau spukt Abbildung und ДuЯerung der Seltsamkeiten des Sprachegesichtes.
In Kontext der Schцpfung der Technologie der Aufwдrtsentwicklung des Diskurs Kompetenz wir war abgeschiedene Prioritдt kognitive Bestandteil aus folgenden Anlassen: es beherrscht passender Funktion des Amtes ProceЯ der Erkenntnis; kognitive Charakteristiken betreten in Gliederung des «Sprachegesichtes», die mit Begriff «Kommunikation Kompetenz» und durch sie mit Diskurs Kompetenz korreliert; die
