In the article the "Austrian folk play and dramaturgy of Y. Soyfer" comparative description of creation of the known Austrian dramatist Y. Soyfer, representative of very popular at the Austria genre of folk play, with creation of E. fon Horvath and I. Billinger, which are also the bright creators of this genre is conducted. Soyfer, as well as at one time Horvath, radically reformed the traditional apolitical genre of Austrian folk play. On the basis of analysis of dramaturgic inheritance of Y. Soyfer it is possible to talk about a dramatist, as about an innovator which inspired an Austrian folk play on new life, giving her actuality and political topical interest.
