Summary

The article researches the idea of prophet in the creative work of Ivan Franko. His prophet has earthly and eternsty traits. They are the loneliness and the fatality to death. He distinguishes that trout as doubt. The doubt is the reason of the death of the prophet Moisei. Ivan Franko proves that the forse of the prophet is in his connection with the nation.
