Практической реализацией полученных результатов является разработка комплексной методики диагностики предрасположенности для конфликтного реагирования личности на психологически сложные ситуации профессиональной деятельности; учебно-методических рекомендаций по подготовки специалистов для оптимального стиля поведения в процессе расследования; научно-практических рекомендаций для повышения профессионально – психологического мастерства следователей при проведении служебной подготовки Предложены направления профилактики конфликтности. Первый из них – необходимость учитывать собственные особенности и индивидуальный стиль поведения; второй – необходимость учитывать особенности партнёра по взаимодействию; третий – необходимость учитывать особенностей взаимодействия между ёё субъектом (следователем) и объектом (процессуальным лицом), что определяет необходимость расследования преступления.

In the dissertation investigation the historical-methodical problem of a conflict are opened; the theoretical and practical aspects of the conflict psychology and its specific display concerning the investigation activity are analyses; the essence, reasons and structure of the conflict situations during an inquiry; mechanisms of a setting up a contact and a psychological influence in the process of an investigation in general and in separate in injury action. The strategy and tactics, support and development of a psychological conflict are opened; the characterization of essence and the main forms, directions, criterions, methods and means of the regulation of the contradictions and setting up of a collaboration between the members of the injury process is given. A programmed of a special course ”The skills' formation of an get over of conflict situations in the investigation activity”, which has the aim to acquire the theoretical knowledges, formation of the practical action skills by the practical workers and listeners (military cadet) of the higher educational establishments of the MIA system of Ukraine. These skills are necessary for the specialists to cope professionally with the functional duties; the development of the professional-business qualities of an unconflict behavior, which are supposed by qualification characteristics of a investigation and the educational-methodical recommendations as for the preparation of the specialists for an optimal behavior style during injury process; scientific-practical recommendations of an increase of the professional-psychological skills of investigation during the official preparation. The directions of the conflict prophylactic and the complex methodic of diagnose of an inclination for a conflict reaction of a person on a difficult psychological situation of the professional activity.
