что характер аффективно-эмоциональных отклонений опосредствован особенностями семейного воспитания, конституциональной предрасположенностью психики слабовидящего ребенка и сопутствующими нейроаномалиями в его развитии. Негативный семейный опыт, нуклеарность семьи, психологическая и педагогическая некомпетентность родителей являются отягощающими социальное развитие слабовидящих дошкольников факторами.
Анализ экспериментальных данных показал, что аффективно-эмоциональные нарушения, как самостоятельное отклонение в развитии слабовидящих детей, в большей степени чем зрительная патология влияют на их социально-эмоциональное развитие. На основе анализа результатов исследования выделены и охарактеризованы тенденции поведения таких детей в группе сверстников с более высокой остротой зрения.
Представлена характерологическая структура социально-дезадаптивных субсиндромов в зависимости от типа аффективных нарушений, освещены наиболее типичные интеллектуальные и социально-коммуникативные проблемы аффективных слабовидящих дошкольников. Разработана структура личности таких дошкольников и система коррекционно-психологического воздействия на них.

The dissertation is devoted to a problem of social-emotional development and behaviorious correction of affective pre-schoolchildren with a weak sight. In the dissertation the essence of concept “affective infringement” and its place in structure of secondary mental defect is specified. The interrelation of affect as pseudocompensative behaviorious reaction, with features of social communicative and emotional development of affective pre-schoolchildren with a weak sight, is opened. The basic groups of social-psychological and bio-medical reasons underlying occurrence of affective infringements are allocated with in case of expressed visual pathology. The influence of primary visual defect of psychological, behaviorious, social-adaptational and communicative-cognitive features of the person of pre-schoolchildren is shown.
The results of experiment have shown that on a bacrqround normal of psychophysical maturing, within the ramework of secondary mental defect of visual character, the certain tertiary emotional-strongwilled features are formed. They break social-communicative development of the visually impairea child and can be grouped on similarity of displays in certain subsyndromes of socially desadaptational behaviour as aqqression, demonstrativity or uneasiness.
The basic reason of neurothycal motivation in a case of affective development of visually impared person is a comsiquence of inpersonal conflict because of discrepancy of required and possible levels of social reaction.
The character of affectively-emotional deviations is defened by features of family education, constetutional predispontion of mentality of vesually impaired person and accompanying neuroanomaly in development.
The characterological structure of socially-desadaptional subsyndromes is submitted in depending from variant of affective infringements the most typical intellectual and social-communicative problems of visually impaired persons are covered, the structure of the person such pre-schoolchildren and system of correctional-psychological influence on them is developed.
