Создание и деятельность либерально-гласистского течения, происходившее под воздействием прогрессивных идей чешского общества, стало ещё одним толчком к дальнейшей активизации словацкого национально-политического движения до начала Первой мировой войны.

Dissertation dedicated to research of the Slovak national political movement, as a constituent of the Slovak national liberation movement in the period since sixties years of XIX century until the beginning of the World War I. Prerequisites for more active Slovak national political movement program are considered and traced in this work. Development of the national political movement are investigated, priority directions in fierce national oppression determined. Causes of ideological and political differentiation of Slovak political forces and their influence on further liven up of Slovak national movement till the beginning of the World War I are defined.
