The thesis is devoted to the working out of nonemedicamental method of treatment of patients suffering from spastic forms of Ch.C.P. in the conditions of specialized sanatorium on the strength of complex studying of clinic – psychological pecularities of functional state of brain.

There the complex examination of 218 patients with spastic forms of Ch.C.P. at the age of 10 to 16 and 30 persons of control group of the same age has been done.

According to this complex MRT, EEG and neuropsychological examination they picked out the group of patients with stability symptomocomplexes of function – dynamic violations of brain activity depending on localization of centre’s organic damages of brain (syndromes of functional deficit of trunkable, parietal-temporal-back of the head, frontal parts of brain).

With the purpose of correcting such changes it was used the DMV-therapy method on different parts of brain together with the different complexes of medical exercises and playful lessons of purposeful character stimulating the highest psychological functions of a child depending on revealed functional deficit of different structures of head brain.

A new quality state was allowed to form the functional systems which are necessary for carrying out of different psychological functions, that is confirmed by the data of repeated neuropsychological and EEG-examination and allow to raise the quality of rehabilitation.
