В то же время отмечается, что современное украинское общество пока что остается “переходным” и пребывает в ситуации “адаптационного невроза”. Значительной части населения свойственно отсутствие чувства уверенности в “завтрашнем дне”, доминирование отрицательных эмоций, значительная криминализация, углубление социального неравенства, неопределенность перспектив развития и другие негативные явления, что отрицательно сказывается на социально-адаптационных процессах.

Прослеживаются основные тенденции в социально-адаптационных процессах в современном украинском обществе, для определения которых разработаны критерии и показатели, осуществлен сравнительный анализ результатов как социологических исследований, проведенных Институтом социологии НАН Украины, так и авторских опросов. Критическая оценка большинством респондентов преобразований, происшедших в Украине, и своего жизненного уровня свидетельствуют о негативных тенденциях в социально-адаптационных процессах.

Проанализированы взаимосвязи и взаимовлияния социальной адаптации, социализации и социальной мобильности личности. Чем эффективнее процесс социализации, чем более полно удовлетворяются потребности и интересы личности в процессе социальной мобильности, тем успешнее и бесконфликтнее происходит социальная адаптация и, наоборот, чем быстрее происходит процесс социальной адаптации личности, тем эффективнее процессы социализации и социальной мобильности.

The dissertation is dedicated to the problem, being actual and not enough investigated in the aspect of social philosophy - analysis of specific features and basic tendencies of social adaptation of the person in the conditions of modern Ukrainian post-Soviet society. The social adaptation is treated as one of legitimacies of development of society, its interrelation and interaction with the conditions of life of the human being discovered.

Basing on the analysis of many philosophical sources of both foreign and Ukrainian researches, the definition of concepts "adaptation", "social adaptation", "social adjustment" as categories of social philosophy is being made explicit. The basic tendencies in the social-adaptive processes in modern Ukrainian society are tracked, for definition of which criteria and indicators were developed, the comparative analysis of results of sociological researches conducted by the Institute of sociology of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and authoring interrogations have been carried out. Critical estimation by the majority of the respondents of transformations which took place in Ukraine, and living standard testify to the negative tendencies in the social-adaptive processes.

The interrelations and interactions of the social adaptation, socialization and social mobility of the person are analyzed. The more effective is the process of socialization, the more fully concerns and interests of the person are met in the process of social mobility, the more successful and conflict-free the process of social adaptation flows, and, to the contrary, the faster the process of social adaptation of the person flows, the more effective are the processes of socialization and social mobility.
