This thesis represents the results of theoretical and experimental research of criteria of estimation and psychological content, the sense and determinants of law-enforcement activity effectiveness of the officers-borderguards in the units of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. The psychological and professional diagramme of an officer, who carries out the law-enforcement activity has been designed. It has been worked-out and approbated the psychologycal and pedagogical diagramme of the improvement in the training of the borderguard cadets and the development of the professional motivation and emotional and will readiness to the professional law-enforcement activity under special conditions.
