Electors’ legal culture is studied in connection with legal culture of society, national mentality, political culture and mass media functioning of political forces that develop electoral technologies. The problem of legal culture forming considerably depends on the psychological factor of post soviet transformations.

The complex method of influence on the legal culture of electorate has been offered in the dissertation. It expects active involvement of three spheres of personality such as cognitive, emotional and behavioral in educational process of upbringing. Psychological and pedagogical conditions that provide effective activity for formation of electorate legal culture have been determined. Four types of electors have been distinguished by the criteria of respect towards moral, legal norms and social activity.
