разработки на их базе рекомендаций предложено построение мониторинга системы мотивации труда персонала. Рассмотрен процесс мониторинга, включающий наблюдение, оценку, контроль, прогноз изменений в состоянии потребностей и интересов персонала, составляющих систем мотивации и стимулирования труда, источников и факторов, которые влияют на них.
Используя разработанную методику построения мониторинга системы мотивации труда, предприятия получат возможность изыскать резервы для повышения системы стимулирования до уровня системы мотивации труда персонала. Подчеркивается, что для достижения высоких конечных показателей своей деятельности предприятиям необходимо иметь эффективные системы мотивации и стимулирования труда персонала, основанные на их развитом мониторинге.

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and methodical problems of forming the labour motivation system for an enterprise's personnel. As a result of the research, the definition of the labour motivation system has been improved, its components have been defined, the development of the components of the labour motivation system of the personnel at Ukrainian and foreign enterprises has been analyzed.
On the basis of the division of participants of an enterprise activity into groups of bearers of interests, the estimation of a level of labour motivation of each group has been suggested. The influence of the development of a level of labour motivation for the efficiency of an enterprise activity has been defined.
By means of the definition of particular features of a quality level of the labour motivation system, the structure of latency index of a quality level of the labour motivation system, which includes the interests of various groups their bearers at an enterprise, has been suggested.
The conceptual basis for forming the labour payment has been proposed and the model of a maximum sum of money for awarding the bonus to the personnel has been worked out in the thesis.
Due to the elaborated methods of creating the monitoring the labour motivation system, there is an opportunity of finding the ways of increasing the stimulation system to a level of the system of personnel labour motivation.
