Командирам подразделений и преподавателям ВВУЗа предложены практические рекомендации по формированию значимых профессиональных качеств у будущих офицеров-воспитателей.

Dissertation on the scientific degree of candidate of psychological sciences speciality 19.00.09 – psychology of labour in the special conditions. – the Kharkov military university, Kharkov, 2004.

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of forming the professional qualities of officers-educators in the process of professional preparation. The dissertation describes basic scientific approaches of research of essence, maintenance of professional qualities and terms of their forming in officers-educators in the process of professional preparation. The maintenance of requirements to the officers-educators and their functional activity in the special terms is shown. Definite complex of important professional qualities of officers-educators corresponding to the psychological activity, their criteria and levels of formation are given. The procedure of research of dynamics and the process of forming professional qualities of officers-educators is given. It is exposed, that the level of formed of important qualities depends on the special psychological and pedagogical influence, which were carried out by teachers and commanders of units. As a result of the research practical recommendations of effective forming of professional qualities in future officers-educators are offered.
