Ожидаемый годовой экономический эффект от внедрения оборудования для обезвоживания канатов на шахте “Гвардейская” ОАО “Кривбассжелезрудком” составляет 600 тыс. грн за счет сокращения эксплуатационных затрат.

The interaction of air current with water film on a surface of moving hoist rope of mining hoisting installation is investigated. The mathematical models of carrying water by hoist rope and removing water from hoist rope surface are developed. The conformity of setting mathematical models is proved by experiments in the laboratory and mine.
The parameters of the equipment for rope dehydration are grounded. Use of this parameters guarantees complete deleting of water from rope surface with probability of 95 %.The methodical recommendations for ground of rational parameters of equipment for rope dehydration are developed and introduced on the production amalgamation “Krasnoarmeyskugol” and into design works of the state project institute “Krivbassproekt”. The idea of water-deleting device is used in the methodical recommendations.
The coming economic effect from introduction of equipment for rope dehydration is the 600 thousand grivnas for public corporation “Krivbasszhelezrudkom” mine “Gvardeyskaya” due to running costs reduction.
