Malykhina V.M. Practical-methodical ensurance of management of innovation activity of secondary educational establishments of a big city. - Manuscript.

The thesis for competition for academic degree of the candidate of Pedagogical Science, speciality 13.00.01 – General Pedagogic and the History of Pedagogic – the Central institute of Post Graduate Education APS (Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine), 2005.

The dissertation is devoted to practical-methodical maintenance of management innovation by activity in general educational institutions in conditions of the big city.

Is specified concept innovation of activity and its compound: (cognitive reason, motive reason, reflex reason, creative reason), the basic contents and structure of activity of the scientific-methodical center of a municipal government of formation is determined, also is characterized by functions of coordination, informing, diagnosing, consultation.

The model of practical-methodical maintenance of management innovation by activity of general educational institutions with use of scientific-cultural potential of the big city is developed.

Use this model has affected of activation of attraction of the pedagogical workers of schools and specialist in educational methods of regional methodical studies to innovation of activity, increase of a level of their motivation and professional activity, increase quantity innovation and experimental of general educational institutions.
