determined that are present in foreign and Ukrainian psychological studies. The structural-functional model of psychologists’ speech competence has been developed and tested. The grounds were found that dialogical approach can be successfully used as a method of educational process management during speech competence training. The experimental data was obtained proving that the use of basic speech competence practicum as a form of vocational training of psychologists was effective and reasonable. The psychological conditions underlying effective formation of speech competence in future psychologists were elicited.
