The essence and nature of cadets' interpersonal relations culture as a socio-psychological phenomenon have been determined, the main tendencies of the cadets' groups in the framework of universal measuring culture "collectivism-individualism" have been revealed. Psychological conditions which influence culture of cadets' interpersonal relations have been specified, its dynamics during educational process has been analyzed.
Special attention has been paid to studying of correlation between culture of interpersonal relations and need-motive sphere of cadet's personality, his cognitive sphere and behavioural activity. The leading role of need-motive sphere in formation of high culture of interpersonal relations has been proved empirically.
Methods which are aimed at development of cadets' interpersonal relations culture during educational process have been worked out and approved.
