Are formulated theoretical and methodological principles of complex of measures of application of a 20 item Criminal code of Ukraine to the category of psychopathically criminals on the basis of generalization of existent scientific approaches to consideration of the limited responsibility, on the basis of what developed suggestions of qualification of the limited responsibility of psychopathically criminals in criminal law practice of Ukraine.

The features of conducting of complex judicial psychological-psychiatric examinations of psychopathically criminals are considered at determination of grounds of confession of the limited responsibility. And also organizational approaches are offered to the prophylaxis and resocialization limitedly responsible condemned with psychical anomalies in the penitenciar system.
