Доказано гипотезу, что акмеологический фокус развития перфекционистских установок предвидит обьединение социабельности как профессионально пригодной структуры мотивов аффилиации с конструктивной самокритикой, рациональным целеполаганием, самоорганизацией и оптимистически настроенным стратегическим планированием деятельности в синтетическом властно-заботливом личностном профиле будущего практического психолога.

Dissertation is devoted theoretical ground and experimental establishment of structural-functional and dynamic indexes of development of perfectionists options in relation to professional activity of future practical psychologists.

Establishment the structural-functional and dynamic indexes of development of perfectionists options in relation to professional activity of future practical psychologists enable to optimize terms, directions and facilities of their trade education and personality becoming.

The developed and realized conceptual-methodical model of research allowed to set meaningful representative intercommunication of terms of educational environment with motivational, reflexive-regulative and personological by the constituents of perfectionism.

Leading tendencies, psychological mechanisms and conformities to the law of development of perfectionists options at students-psychologists, and also factor structure are certain that explicate cycle of their development at students-psychologists in the context of professional preparation in VNZ; psychological mechanisms are exposed, tendencies and conformities to the law of becoming of given to the phenomenon at future practical psychologists.

A hypothesis is led to, that acmeology focus of development of perfectionists options foresees combination of sociability as professionally suitable structure of reasons of affiliation with a structural self-criticism, rational purpose laying, self organization and optimistically adjusted strategic planning of activity in the synthetic imperious-careful personality type of future practical psychologist.

The procedural-methodical vehicle of diagnostics of perfectionists options of future specialists is improved in industry of practical psychology.

The theoretical value of research consists in the complex middle disciplinary analysis and ground of psychology-pedagogical maintenance of concept „perfectionists options", selection of complex of psychosocial, cultural and psychodynamic factors, which determine development of perfectionists options at students-psychologists in relation to future professional activity.

The practical value of the got results of research consists in the ground of necessity of correction of present educational-educate tendencies and psychological features of development of perfectionists options in the process of professional preparation of future practical psychologists. Result of dissertation research can be drawn on in teaching of educational disciplines „Psychology of motivation" „Professional orientation and professional selection at the University of III-IV levels of accreditation.

Perfectsionistsci options in the structure of professional readiness of future practical psychologists as of integral disposition education are zgarmonizovanou dynamic unity of motivation of achievement, reflecsivnih capabilities and professionally important qualities of personality with the functions of the emotional-valued motive, cognitivno-volitional providing and professional-personality self-realization.
