of the quartz tube produced in result of its elongation from heated up to plastic state of a quartz block: viscosity of glass mass for direct measurement in inaccessible high temperature zone of block elongation into tube, as well as systems of adaptive or robust quasioptimal control of separate component-forming process.
Innovative, more exact methods in the measurement of quartz tube diameter have been received with compensation of time lag, connected with process of the measurements and their processing; the methods of the direct measurement of viscosity of melted glass mass on the base of physical and mathematical models, relating viscosity with directly measured variables in process of elongation of a quartz tube.
The high-quality automated control in internal sidebar regulation points of the intermediate variable process along with measuring system of the identifications of the non-linear object with unsteady disturbances, have allowed to create high-precision functionally reliable adaptive system of autonomous stabilisation, diameter of the tube with master model, identificator of the object, diagonalizer control channel and optimiser of control.
The system has been implemented by joint automation facilities and computing items of the Poltava Gaseous Discharge Lamps Plant named GRL. The total estimated economic effect from implementation amounted 56 000 hryvnia per annum.
