Диссертация посвящена теоретическому обоснованию, экспериментальной проверке и формированию психологических механизмов посредством осмыс-ления опыта переживания жизненных кризисов.
Доказано, что психологические механизмы становления аутентичности личности в период жизненного кризиса функционируют как системы мно-гоуровневых ценностно-смысловых образований и динамических тенденций, презентированных в научной рефлексии сетью механизмов-процессов, средств, звеньев и предпосылок.
Осуществлен контент-анализ семантического пространства аутентичности личности и сравнительный анализ кластерной структуры психологических меха-низмов её становления с учетом кризисного опыта до и после формирующего влияния – тренинга самопонимания.
Подтверждена гипотеза о том, что психологические механизмы станов-ления аутентичности личности в период жизненного кризиса представляют собой многомерные, иерархизированные внутриличностные образования, функциони-рующие как процессы, средства, звенья и предпосылки самопонимания наличной экзистенциальной ситуации человека с учётом опыта прошлых критических переживаний с целью нахождения адекватного уникальным обстоятельствам смысла существования.
В результате проведённого эксперимента удалось выявить, что психоло-гические механизмы функционируют как две последовательные стратегии – интуитивного вчувствования и рефлексивного отстранения, приводящие к экзистенциальным решениям личности.

Thesis is dedicated to theoretical argumentation, experimental establishment
and forming the psychological mechanisms as the processes, psychological
me-chanisms – means, mechanisms – links and mechanisms – preconditions of
per-sonality authenticity establishment. It is proved that psychological me-cha--nisms of personality authenticity establishment in the period of life crises function as a system of value and sense formations and dynamic ten-dencies of different levels. These formations and tendencies are presented in the scientific reflexion by the network of mechanisms processes, means, links and preconditions.
Content-analysis of semantic space of personality authenticity has affirmed the high level of reflexion its expressive and behavior aspects by the undervaluation of human mental peculiarity. The typical difficulties of authenticity establishment in the crises period have been defined, they are-the protection of self-concept and improving partner relationships.
The comparative analysis of indices of psychological mechanisms ac-tuali-zation of personality authenticity establishment by representatives of different professions witnesses to significant influence of leading acti-vity character on its development: existentialistic and humane views, phenomenological establishment on communication are inherent to persons with humanitarian education; practical and transfigured attitude towards life at significantly higher level of self-actualization and social-psychological
adaptation-to representatives of naturalistic and technical field professional preparation. The comparative analysis of cluster structure of psychological mechanisms of personality authenticity establishment, including crises experience before and after formulating influence, has been carried out. The results of formulating experiment with the usage of self-understanding training became restructuring of psychological mechanisms of authenticity establishment, that is enhancing the indices of self-actualization and social-psychological adaptation, that makes effective, intuitive- reflexive reconstructing of existentialistic sense in the period of personality’s suffering from critical periods of development.
Effective means of development of psychological mechanisms of personality
authenticity establishment is self-understanding training, which program consists of blocks of self-attitude optimization, social perception development and actualization of creative self-expression in order to achieve unique existentialistic sense in the period of human suffering from life crises.
The prevention of personality victimization and curving the trajectory of axiogenesis and human spiritual growing were underlined with the help of perspective directions of psychological and pedagogical authenticity problems research. Hypothesis, that psychological mechanisms of personality authenticity establishment in the period of life crises are multidimensional hierarchic inner-personal formations, which function as processes, means, links and preconditions of self-understanding,
self-actualization and existentialistic modus of human being, including the experience of critical human suffering in order to find unique senses of living, was proved.
