It has been revealed that self-realization problematic character of higher educational establishment teacher of stereotyped orientations of social cognition over individual self-consciousness value components. The conceptual reflective-acmeological model of self-realization has been elaborated; the contradiction between protective and self-realization functions in the social identification mechanism structure has been revealed.

The methods of self-realization value aspects have been worked out; peculiarities of personal-reflective mechanism of social subjectivity relations formation have been determined emipically. The investigated aspects of self-realization are singled out and combined into types according to the main reflective orientations character, they are the following: activity functionalization, activity professionalization, social creativity.
