There are defined demands to the organization and content of lessons on the communicative competence with senior officials of different management level. There were developed appropriate practical recommendations for psychologists of the state border guard detachments. There are set out a structure and content of lessons, methodical peculiarities of a preparation, basic and final phases of lessons, attention is focus on the most effective forms and methods of education (training). The particular attention is paid to principles of working which provide bases for lessons in groups and requirements to professional and individual preparation of psychologist.

Results of conducted research brought positive results and confirmed as a main hypothesis – about a presence of definite psychological conditions which promote the development of senior officials communicative competence in “service professional communication”, - and derivatives from it.
