psychology of the mentioned period for the ideas of that time and nowadays; on clearing up of the social and cultural background of psychology as a brunch of science in Ukraine. It’s shown that historic-psychological determinates, social-cultural factors of development of anthropological concepts and cosmogony understanding of human soul and spirit form psychological legacy of the previous time and are reflected in the forming of psychological ideas of the representatives of Ukraine university psychology of the first part of the 19th century. The psychological works of the mentioned scientists (namely I.B. Shad, A.I. Doudrovych, F.F. Chanov, M.N. Protopopov, P.M. Lyubovsky, O.M. Novytsky, P.S. Avsenev, I.M. Skvortsov, S.S. Gogotsky) are analyzed; the peculiarities of the development of psychological sciences at regional culture-educational centers of Ukraine are shown.
