Dissertation is devoted to the study of peculiarities of conducting judicial - psychological examination of minors defendant for the aggressive crimes. Theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of the problem of aggressive conduct of teenagers both in the plane of psychological analysis of its structure and in the plane of psychological characteristics of peculiar complex of important personal qualities have been considered (N.V. Alikina, О.М. Bandura, P.D. Belenchuk, S.P. Bocharova, V.L. Vasyl'ev, А.I. Gurov, O.V. Zemlyanska, М.А. Zuban, А.V. Kostitsky, В.Е. Konovalova, О.R. Ratinov, V.V. Romanov, A.V. Romashko).

Basic factors which negatively influence the forming of minor’s personality have been also analysed. These are first of all the defects of domestic education, those conditions in which the primary moral-legal socialization occurs: neglect of children, weak control or its complete absence, indifference to child's problems. Formal-indifferent attitude toward minors at school, which generates in its turn indifference in children and early departure from school. Deformation of minors’ personality touches all its structural components: emotional-volitional sphere, intellectual, characterological.

Judicial - psychological examination of minors defendant for the aggressive crimes is one of the most complex kinds of examination. The reseach of the peculiarities of judicial - psychological examination of minors defendant for the aggressive crimes demands the further working out and improving the means of stating the truth of trial and the development of existing kinds of legal examinations. The main methodologial principle of judicial - psychological examination is a systemic approach to the investigated object.

The analysis of modern researches in the field of general and legal psychology testifies to a high scientific topicality of solving the problem of aggressive teenagers’ conduct, in particular judicial - psychological examination of minors defendant for the aggressive crimes. It is necessary to examine the aggressive conduct of teenagers as a special form of conduct which is necessary, in connection with the influence of a number of objective (social) and subjective (psychological) factors, to take into account at conducted judicial - psychological examination of minors defendant for the aggressive crimes.
