The dissertation on competing a scientific degree of the candidate of pedagogical sciences by a speciality 13.00.06 – Theory, Methods and Organization of Cultural and Educational Activity. Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts, Kyiv, 2000.

The dissertation is devoted to revealing and substantiating the pedagogical conditions, which promote the formation of moral and estimable orientations in girls-teenagers under conditions of school and out-of-school establishments interaction .

The problem of the formation of moral and estimable orientations in the girls of teens is uncovered in the thesis in two aspects - theoretical substantiation of the interaction necessity for the related in purposes and tasks educational institutions of school and out-of-school establishments and practical determination of the most effective ways to optimize this process.

Within the borders of the dissertation the historical aspect of a problem of the formation of moral and estimable orientations in teenagers, in particular, girls - in Ukrainian pedagogical practice is considered; the various concepts and scientific approaches to problems of the formation in teenagers ethic, human-wide and cultural-national values, estimable orientations - moral, aesthetic, submissions about femininity, beauty, goods, dignity etc. are subjected to the inclusive analysis

The special attention in work is given to the contribution of the Ukrainian scientist and teachers in a solution of the indicated problem.

In the thesis the pedagogical conditions which influence efficiency of the formation of moral and estimable orientations in girls- teenagers within a system of interaction between a school and out-of-school establishments are revealed and justified. Belonging to them:

·

the system of a precise sequence and coordination of gains between school and out-of-school establishments, differentiating, gender and aging approach to the object of pedagogical gains;

·

pedagogical management of the sphere of leisure, and accordingly, group and individual behaviour of girls - teenagers within the sphere of leisure;

·

rational use of spare time by the schoolgirls with the purpose of transformation it in a reserve of personal development, formation of understanding of the social role (wife, mother, active member of a society), image own Ego;

·

transformations of a micro-medium of girl - teenagers in educational factor by creation under conditions of out-of-school communication and activity the situations, which promote the formation in a girl an ideal of femininity and woman behaviour imperative;

·

the application of a micro-medium as source for the formation of the public opinion which promote prestige of family, maternity values and that important role, which is played in the society by the modern woman.

In the dissertation the pedagogical program is represented, as a method of scientific, methodical and organizational maintenance of joint work of school and out-of-school establishments on the formation of moral and estimable orientations in girls - teenagers, that includes uniform planning of the educational process, determining as a system pedagogical purposes and problems, ways of their realization, information maintenance of pedagogical process.

The conducted dissertation research has allowed to make the following conclusions:

The formation of the high - moral, socially active person is the important task within creation of national education paradigm in Ukraine. The modern problems of the formation of moral and estimable orientations in girls of teens under conditions of interaction between social institutes of the society are connected to qualitative improvement of educational system, introduction of new methods and techniques into practical activity of schools and out-of-school establishments.

The actualization of a problem of the formation of moral and estimable orientations in girls - teenagers demands thinking over the activities of all social institutes in concern to its solving. A significant pedagogical potential on the formation of moral and estimable orientations in teenagers belonging to out—of-school establishment, where leisure activity is based on interest, free choice of kinds, contents and forms of activity, is less regulated, where there are possibilities of sufficing the various needs of teenagers - in recreation, communication, amateur creativity.

However, this potential is used poorly because of insufficient readiness of the school and out-of-school establishments employees to work with such category of children as girls - teenagers.

The formation of proper attention to a problem by means of mass media, rises acute necessity to create informational – educational issues, TV and radio broadcasting programs for girls - teenagers, which are oriented not towards the commercial success, but onto the solving the complex problems of socialization of the girls-teenagers, the formation of moral and estimable orientations, creation of the balanced image of a modern woman.

Сущенко питання вдосконалення діяльності позашкільних та культурно-дозвіллєвих закладів висвітлюються в аспекті організації вільного часу підлітків, оскільки дозвілля суттєво впливає на їх соціальну і моральну орієнтацію, розвиток потреб поведінки.
